To use the SGTrains Spotters Bot, you will need to have an existing Telegram account, as well as the Telegram application.

Have you accidentally submitted an invalid spotting? You can delete it within two hours of submission.
Firstly, copy the spotting ID of your spotting by tapping on the clipboard icon beside the spotting ID.

All notifications are based on crowdsourced data and are triggered based on the submissions by users of the SGTrains Spotters Bot.
As such, the information may not be entirely accurate. Please refer to the terms and conditions for more information.
You can use the message moderator function if you need to communicate to the Moderation Team, such as reporting of false spottings on the tracking lists and submitting evidence of spottings.

The nickname is only used for moderation purposes.
To protect your privacy when you submit your spottings, the system will automatically generate an 8-digit User ID.
Should you happen to figure out your own User ID, please do not share it with others.
We came to the conclusion for the spotting system to use 'CGL', based on the station code.
The 'CGL' is identified not as an acronym in the spotting system, but as an abbreviation (the shortened form) for the Changi Airport Extension.
Yes, we have a group of moderators that monitor the list on a daily basis. If you do spot an inaccurate spotting on the list, you can raise it to the moderators via the chatbot.
Users who submit false spottings are subject to moderation, and repeated offenders will be banned. Moderation is also monitored on a case-by-case basis.
We accept submissions with the train car number shown clearly in the photo or video evidence.
As we want to ensure the reliability of our system, we may reject evidence of screenshots from other channels such as Telegram chat groups and Discord servers.
